Domino Special Solutions develops complete and customized marking systems for the specific needs of the industry where standard solutions are not sufficient. We are responsible for the entire process, from needs analysis and design to testing, installation, and documentation. Our solutions are often unique, and we work closely with our customers to create the best technical solutions together.

In our department, which consists of 8 dedicated employees, you will become an important part of the team and contribute to creating innovative and customized solutions. We are a small, close-knit group where each individual has a significant impact on both the work process and the results we deliver. Together, we work to offer the best solutions and continuously improve our work.

As a PLC programmer at Special Solutions, you will have a broad and practical role where you follow projects from start to finish. You will program the control system, participate in quotation work, design technical solutions, and support both assembly and installation. You will work in close dialogue with customers and colleagues and be an important part of creating sustainable and smart solutions for the industry.

Your responsibilities include:

·       Being involved in the entire project flow from quotation to finished machine

·       Programming PLC systems, mainly in TIA Portal

·       Designing and developing technical solutions

·       Supporting assemblers and participating in testing, assembly, and commissioning

·       Installing special machines at customer sites, mainly in Sweden

·       Providing technical support to the support department

·       Purchasing within your own projects

·       Developing work methods and processes in the department

The role involves travel approximately once a quarter in connection with installations. 

• Experience in PLC programming, preferably in TIA Portal
• Basic knowledge of electrical installation and reading schematics
• Post-secondary education or equivalent through previous experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driving license B

• Experience with vision systems, preferably DataLogic
• Robot programming, preferably ABB
• Previous experience in automation or technical service
• Post-secondary education in automation, mechatronics, or similar
